We collect only what we need to respond to you and to quote, sell and ship parts:

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, engine, trim), the part you need, and anything else you put in a quote request, email or phone call.
• Order information: billing and shipping addresses, order history, invoices, shipping and tracking details, and records of returns, warranty claims and correspondence.
• Payment information: this website does not take payments and the quote form does not collect payment card numbers. If you pay us by another arrangement, payment details are used only to process that payment. Please do not send full card numbers by email.
• Technical information: basic data automatically received by our website host, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and date and time (standard server logs).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information or precise location. Please do not include such information in your messages.

2. How we use information

• To prepare quotes, confirm fitment, availability, price and shipping, and to process and deliver orders.
• To communicate with you about your quote, order, return, refund or warranty claim.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to protect our business and customers.
• To maintain business, tax and accounting records and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Shipping carriers and freight companies that deliver your order.
• Payment processors and banks that process payments, if applicable.
• Service providers that support our website and communications, including our website host and the third-party form service that delivers quote-request forms to our email inbox.
• Professional advisers, authorities and courts when required by law, legal process or to protect rights and safety.
• A successor in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we deny a request, residents of states that provide an appeal right may appeal by replying to our decision and writing "Appeal."

California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in section 1 (identifiers, contact and commercial/order information, and internet/technical information) for the business purposes described in section 2. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
